Archicad is a digital software product.
Once a license key or download link has been delivered, the product is considered non-returnable.

2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under specific conditions.

• You are facing a technical issue preventing the software from working, and our support team is unable to resolve it
